Slow PC?   Use Glary from ninite.com

You can download safely software such as Glary from ninite.com/ and learn how to use it in YouTube

Among the free software available, some is good and some is not so good.  Sometimes they change...  sometimes they attach annoying publicity, so before using any of these websites do some research in google to see if people complain about them.  In case of doubt, ask somebody.  It is advisable to create a restore point before downloading any software.
